2. Depictions and Technology Usage

These works are the result of human creative input and labor. The scripts, direction, shot composition, premises, editing, dialogues, and final creative assembly were executed entirely by the human author.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools were utilized under strict human creative control solely as technical instruments to generate raw audio, image, and video components. AI was not used to direct the creative execution or final composition. Consequently, the final work constitutes an original human creation protected by law, and exceptions regarding uncopyrightable, fully AI-generated content do not apply.

  • Characters & Features: Characters depicted (their features) are based on pre-existing human works of the author and further adapted. Their final appearance is a result of human creative input combined with technology (including open-source tools managed by the creator).

  • Legal Compliance: This work contains only depictions and actions that comply with the legal frameworks of the EU and EEA. It contains no protected personal data under civil or data protection laws. Any third-party claims to the contrary will be repudiated, and the author reserves all rights to seek legal defense and remedies against false claims.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The human author reserves all rights to the final work as well as to all original inputs created to produce it, in accordance with applicable copyright laws in the EU/EEA. All works are pre-archived with a timestamp, copyright record, and legal compliance sheet. Third-party copyright claims will be repudiated.
